UPI phising and scam attempt

A medicine order with Tata 1mg had been delayed and was being postponed many times after payment was made while ordering. The tata 1mg app is so poorly designed that customers can't find any callable support numbers. So a Google search returned some contact No. posing as customer care. On calling and explaining the issue, he said he would call us back and show me on how to claim refund. Immediately a WhatsApp call came in and i was asked to do screen share. He quoted back the details of the original UPI payment that i had made to Tata 1 mg, convincing us that this is genuine customer care. Obviously Tata 1mg systems have been compromised for our customer payment details to scammers. Then he will ask is to go to any UPI app and go to pay screen and enter a UPI id that he tells us. please be aware of this scammer as in the next step... he tells us to enter the first five digits of you linked mobile no in the AMT field and the remaining five digits in the transaction [TXN_ID] field. after this the NEXT button will take us to the UPI Payment PIN no. All the while he will continue to distract us and try to make us do it fast. The urgency may make the victim do the steps without thinking.
