usdt scam fake person

I want to buy usdt online so I found this guy who I will give 100 usdt for 91 rs and I agreed then I paid him but after that he closed mobile not replying 4500 rs scam he has done with me later on after 2 days he now calling me and telling that my sim was broken and said sorry I will give usdt again but it's showing fake usdt of 50 usdt , he is trying to scam again but I am not responding and decided to complaint in cyber crime
