Uttar Pradesh call threatening fake ₹10000 traffic challan

in morning I got the call from uttarpradesh that I did the challan of ₹10000 by the vehicle number this and that but I'm residing in haryana. they are saying that u can promise that u can't do any challan in your full lifetime. his voice is also cracking. i know it's scam and he threaten me that if u cannot pay challan then we will pick u from your home.
