Value PG Bailmail Video scam

Few months ago one of my friend named Prathiv Gordia has visit to Lajpat for law intership and paid the amount for two month stay in Value PG (Kalra PG also) two days later PG Owner Rahul Kalra Introduced her daughter to him saying that he can spend night with her on 5000 rs per night when my friend refused him he make a offer as he was new he can avail free service for one night he hesitate but accepted after the night the owner contact to my friend and show him a video of the night as he installed the cameras everywhere in the hostel and demanding my friend 200000 rs when my friend goes against him he threaten him to post the video on internet and sent to parents and family members and colleagues also as he has already taken my relatives no as formality after two months when my friend paid 2 lac he is again demanding 1 lac more for late payment.
