I bought a lawnmower, a very specific model that I ordered, and upon delivery, it was a different model. I called to report the error, and the seller blocked me, making it impossible to call back.

I bought some online from a trusted store with a warranty, but when I had a problem with the machine, the accelerator cable came loose and its support started to bend. I contacted them on WhatsApp, explaining with a video, but to this day, no response. Avoid buying online. Buy only what you can see with your own eyes.
