DownloadVodafone's VI movies & TV
After data recharging I saw a package of OTT channels for Rs.229 b'coz it had some channels I wanted so I paid but after paying for the plan only few channels are free of Ads rest all the channels that was part of the Plan for which I paid is not free. I sent mail to Customer Service but they replied the Ads but they are not at all helping. I have been cheated!!!

It's not necessarily a scam, but they must have written the details in some hidden fingerprint or terms and conditions. I can underardnd why it feels like cheating because technically, while it's not, in reality that's what it is. Sorry for your loss.

This may not be a scam, but it could be a misleading subscription offer. Many OTT bundles include access to content but still show ads depending on the platform's terms. Always read the plan details carefully before purchasing. If the benefits promised were not delivered, raise a formal complaint with Vi and consumer support.

Also it was difficult to cancel Auto Debit, on my 3rd attempt i managed to cancel.
