Voltas AC repair scam

My AC is not cooling at all , I called Voltas helpline number and initially the persok kept delaying everyday , after few days another guy from voltas came and i explained the problem . without even checking inddor or outddor unit , he said there was gas leakage and did some operation . As a common man , I and my family do not know what these prboelns are and how to resolve them , hence we agreed . He told us that AC will circulate the refueled gas and after 1 hour it will start working .he charged us Rs 8000 and we paid but after 1 hour of their leaving we checked and AC did not show any improvement . Now neither company is providing any response nor the technician. The bill they provided hqs fake email, fake telephone number and fake address .After searching internet for another number , we contacted them and they are just saying we are sending another technician but no one came . They scammed us of our hard earned money . Beware people of these people. Never ever call these people for service . You can find several similar instances online . Many people said they come and just refill gas without solving issue and take high charge and never come back or respond .
