being receiving messages indicating that I qualify to borrow a certain amount of money, but when i try to apply they need you first to pay certain fee for you to get the loan.

There is a Air Suvidha website which charges 90USd, this is a scam, as it is a free service for travellers going 2 India. BE CAREFULL
