what about paying a rental application fee online

like you're trying to rent a place and you talk to somebody on the phone but if they want you to pay for a rental agreement or the rental application first for you everyone see it or anything like that is is that a scam or people scamming people like that I need to know cuz I got somebody trying to do that to me

    I was just texting back and forth with the lady on Facebook Lindsey McGee saying that she's renting out apartments for $600 security she doesn't care of your criminal no background check that's okay eat it all the rental fee okay when can I see the apartment you got to fill out the application now I said absolutely not I can send pictures and screenshots and everything

    This is definitely a scam!!!! I used to look at places on the Marketplace from Facebook. I called three people to look at their rentals, but they were all renting the same house and all wanted an application fee before I could do a walk through of the property. It was crazy!

    Don't do *** tried to buy a house online and got scammed out of $***'t do it, don't buy anything *** scammers will get you stay safe

    application fee's are done in office with a cashier check or debit card always in office right before you sign for a credit and background
