  just block it and delete the message. once you click this link, it installs some app in backend without your consent. and then using that app they can read all OTPs on your phone. same happened with a friend of mine.

  pl download DND apps from Trai and register it with ur mobile number. There is a option to find where from its comiand it's genuincity. Otherwise report to Trai

  Make sure to "Report" and block every such messages and calls so that in future all these msgs will get automatically blocked by telecoms and Truecaller.
