Message about installing the RTO E Chalan app through WhatsApp hack

Today my friend's WhatsApp got hacked and from his WhatsApp, people are receiving messages saying to install the RTO E Chalan app so that you can know how many charges or fines are on your vehicle. This message is being sent in all groups by the person who hacked the account. We have now blocked my friend's number. So if you receive any such message from anyone asking you to install an app like E Chalan, do not download it as it may contain a virus and your phone could get hacked. Also, the WhatsApp display picture (DP) has been changed to one that says E Chalan.
