  I have experienced this as the caller who got block by a car at a parking. the one who blocking is actually leave a wrong number on his dashboard.

  me either, he call me few times and i reject the call, then he said my car blocking his car, he need to go out. Then i ask him whats the car number (with typing word), and he show me a pic, but thats totally not my car

  if he's lie don't try to reply him block him or more massages more scams so be careful
