WhatsApp scam impersonating Mumbai Police to collect personal info

I am reporting [PHONE] for suspected scam activity. This number contacted my grandmother on WhatsApp and claimed to be connected with Mumbai Police. The person made repeated voice and video calls and sent messages asking her to report that she was safe. They also sent documents and images related to arrest warrants, account freezing, and police matters, which appeared to be used to scare and pressure her. The number also sent an image showing several bank/credit cards. We are concerned that the person may be trying to collect personal or financial information from an elderly person. The WhatsApp profile also showed the name “Mumbai Police”, which may be an attempt to falsely appear as a genuine police official. Please investigate this number and, if it is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, flag it as a scam and warn other users.
