WhatsApp and Gmail Hacked

I received a call supposedly from a Movistar phone agent, claiming that to improve the internet service (5G signal). It seemed strange to me and I said that I could go to an Authorized Agent to carry out that procedure. However, they told me that it was being done by phone and that if it was not done, my line would be suspended without service for 120 days. They sent the verification (the fraudulent code) to my WhatsApp as a service message. There, besides hacking my WhatsApp (taking control of it), they also hacked my Gmail account and remotely restarted my devices.
