I received a call supposedly from a Movistar phone agent, claiming that to improve the internet service (5G signal). It seemed strange to me and I said that I could go to an Authorized Agent to carry out that procedure. However, they told me that it was being done by phone and that if it was not done, my line would be suspended without service for 120 days. They sent the verification (the fraudulent code) to my WhatsApp as a service message. There, besides hacking my WhatsApp (taking control of it), they also hacked my Gmail account and remotely restarted my devices.Recibí llamada supuestamente de un agente telefónico de Movistar, afirmando que para mejorar el servicio de internet (señal 5G). Me pareció extraño e indique que yo podía ir a un Agente Autorizado para realizar ese trámite. Sin embargo, me dijeron que el mismo se estaba haciendo por vía telefónica y que sino se hacía que mi línea quedaría suspendida sin el servicio por 120 días. Enviaron la verificación (el código fraudulento) por mi WhatsApp como un mensaje de servicio. Allí aparte de hackear mi WhatsApp (tomar control del mismo), también hackearon mi cuenta Gmail y reiniciaron de manera remota mis dispositivos.
