[PHONE], [PHONE] I got a call from the first number then received a text from the second and .apk file to fill up KYC Details Once I saw the .apk I cut the call and blocked and reported it on WhatsApp.

Here is a person impersonating as a RTO officer sends a file, challan to clear dues in WhatsApp. The file is actually an apknfile which is malicious and is a fraud.
