Working from home scam. Asked me R850 to pay for a link to make money from home. The link doesnt work or exist. Asked for a refund but they will not give me back my money

I had purchased two purses from a website cash on delivery for Rs 850.00 and before sending them I received a WhatsApp message from them asking for order [TXN_ID], so I confirmed the order, and when the delivery came, it contained two small purses.
