wrong number

This WhatsApp number is repeatedly contacting my friend regarding an alleged loan/debt and threatening/intimidating him by claiming that a police complaint has been filed. The sender is demanding contact and removal of the number from a list. We suspect harassment, intimidation or a possible scam. Screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation are attached for verification.
