Wrong product received after payment – possible scam
I placed an order for a night suit from an online store (Order ID: SB15267) and made the payment of ₹998 via UPI. The product shown in the app was a cute printed night suit set. However, when I received the package, it contained a completely different item (a black pant/low-quality product), which does not match what I ordered at all. This is very disappointing and feels like a scam. I tried contacting the seller but did not receive any proper response or support regarding refund or replacement. I request others to be careful while ordering from this app/store. I also request action to be taken and help me get my refund.

you have the right to file a claim against them at you ur local district commission, under the right to have a refund or exchange of the product , and you can add some stuff of dissatisfaction, cause it's supposed to be a cute , 1000 ruppee night set and you must be a bit disappointed
