zepto scam

I ordered a lipstick combo from Zepto, but they gave me an empty box just now. What should I do? I got scammed so badly suddenly; this has never happened before. My money got wasted all of a sudden. It's not my fault, and it came packed like this. But I also have doubts about the delivery person. My parents don't know about this yet.
