ZIP file RBI Scam

received an whatsapp message from this No. [PHONE], with some zip file & claimed to be from RBI with RBI logo on profile pic & below message "Dear, GOPAL S MALPANI Please find attached here with the statement of accounts for the month of July. We request your good office to kindly arrange for the same to be reviewed and verified by your Accounts/Finance Department within three working days of receipt of this communication"

actually, today I got a message on my WhatsApp with an unknown number, and he send me screenshot of payment! but I didn't get it! I wrote that what is this, and who are you! then he called me and says, I am manan from that area, and I sent you money!
