Is it possible that I am being scammed by a fraudster?

A person contacted me on Telegram claiming that he would make a deposit with my 250 rubles and turn it into 35 thousand. Then he started requesting amounts supposedly for withdrawing funds, and the last payment he requested was supposedly for paying a customs duty of 24,990 rubles.

If strangers offer you something, this applies not only to the internet but in general, be sure that they are trying to scam you, and this is absolutely certain. The thing is, no one in their right mind will suddenly offer you to get rich out of the goodness of their heart. Don't be naive fools; at least spare your parents from the shame of embarrassment.

You should never believe anyone who offers to make quick money - it's a scam! Making money out of thin air is a deception that traps those who want fast cash. If you want to earn through investments, you first need to open an app like Sber Investments, go to the Moscow Exchange yourself and make a deal there, or entrust a broker in that app.
