MTS - scammers.

When trying to transfer my number from MTS to Beeline, nothing happened for 8 days, then MTS blocked my paid number under the pretext that my passport data was not updated. Meanwhile, I have many bank cards and Beeline services are working. I logged into the MTS app personal account, and all my data is there. I do not recommend MTS to anyone. I filed a complaint through Beeline services to Roskomnadzor, attached an audio file of conversations with MTS support, and the complaint was accepted for processing. No one can reach me by phone, SMS messages do not come, and the internet does not work. I am thinking of suing MTS for moral damages. Roskomnadzor promises to resolve the issue by September 10, but the amount of the claim will increase every day in the meantime.
