MTS - scammers.

I transferred my number to Beeline because MTS did not respond to my requests and complaints for 22 years. The scammers started retaliating by blocking the number transfer. Through a complaint to the regulatory authorities, I finally forced them to release my number to Beeline, thanks to Roskomnadzor. The MTS Money card I had supposedly from MTS Bank stopped working despite having money on it. I couldn't transfer money to my daughter through the MTS Money app. I complained about this through the regulatory authorities, who forwarded my complaint to those I was complaining about. MTS told me the card was not theirs. I know that some guys merged the St. Petersburg Exi Bank and MTS Bank into one fraudulent company. I called Exi Bank, where they identified themselves as MTS Bank. They promised to resolve the issue. I do not recommend being clients of this St. Petersburg criminal group; I closed my accounts at this bank and advise you to do the same. The attached screenshot shows the result of my attempt to transfer money to my daughter. Only 700 rubles remain there, which are on a number voluntarily blocked and cannot be withdrawn, nor can the number be removed through the app. I strongly advise against using either MTS provider or MTS Bank. Take care of your nerves!
