  Yad Sarah is a blessed organization that lends all kinds of equipment to patients, including wheelchairs, toilet chairs, etc. If you can't, you don't donate. But this is definitely not a scam, and unfortunately, people only realize how much they help when a family member is seriously ill. God forbid.
