Don't pay, it's a scam. Even if they answer, it costs money.

Do not pay!! This is a scam!! Only pay when you are speaking with the Electric Company and not someone pretending to be a representative!! They take your credit card details and use your money

First of all, the electricity company does not have a regular number for most cases. Secondly, these are really bad scammers because they didn't even bother to call from a hidden number, so you can report them.
