A call from a scammer

Someone calls you, says your name, and says, "Don't you recognize me? I'm your neighbor." If you continue talking, they say they're shy and ask you to send 500 riyals, promising to return it at the end of the month. This person is a scammer and not your neighbor. Beware of them.
