Online scam

I bought an iPhone 17 Pro Max from Amazon for 95,000. When I went to buy it, a month later a representative from Amazon came and I gave him 95,000 and some money. When he left, I opened it to see the phone and found a Nokia, the first edition, and it was also broken. I asked him to return it to me, but he refused and insulted me. I ask social media to help me get my rights and my phone because I will report this disgrace to the police.
