Inquiry and problem

I want you to explain to me. I have a Mobiles account, but I didn't install it. It sends messages from Truecaller to people, pretending it's from my Mobiles account, and it has caused me problems. Why did this happen, and how can I confirm to people that I didn't send those messages?
