A thief claims to be from InstaPay and he is a scammer. I hope people are careful.

The scammer tells you the InstaPay app requires a symbolic fee, then says it has cashback and gives you a number to lure you, but it's just for landline recharge or internet or landline phone. They make you switch the app to English so that if someone is weak in English, they won't understand what's happening, and they make you transfer an amount. They don't know how much is on the card, but they have the name and phone number.
