Snapfood thefts

Sir, be careful when ordering from Snappfood. They have made some unwritten and unspoken rules for themselves. Out of ten customers, at least half of them get their money taken away! As easy as drinking water. Then you say the delivery guy didn't come... Snapp says the route was long! You ask what happened to your food... Snapp says it was destroyed!! You ask for your money back... Snapp says it was spent! Hopefully, such incidents won't happen in future orders!!! We've heard of honest servers, but we've never seen honest thieves!!!
