Money theft by Yasm, a fake health service

Gangs claim to offer a health service called 'Afia,' which supposedly provides financial amounts to members for treatment not available in the Iraqi Ministry of Health... This is obviously a lie, and the real goal is to steal money from the accounts of those who contact them.
