  Is this someone that you know, first thing you do is to block this creep .Save every message he has sent to you and I hope that you haven't sent him any .You need to block this guy so you want have no further communication with this individual. I don't care if someone tells you to remove the block don't do it and don't give your telephone number out to anyone. If you haven't communicated with this guy you can save these posts on your phone. Again leave the block on don't remove it under at all. Any number that is not in your contacts when you get a call that is unknown the app will immediately block the number you have to find a good blocking app.

  you can contact him to know who is he but if you won't block him, and activate auto spams so anyone calls you will be blocked , then you go back to treucaller (the app) and you block him or disblock foraver
