A scammer is calling and speaking with a distorted voice

01028456853 This number has been calling for 3 years. It answers as a girl and once as an old lady, and it's actually a synthesized voice number. I don't understand what they gain from what they are doing. I have made many reports and many blocks. Be very careful with it, and I hope you intervene to make many reports and comments to get the number blocked.
