Quran Memorization Academy scammer

I wanted to memorize the Quran, so I decided to try memorizing it through an online academy. I got to know an academy, and they asked me to send the money via transfer before I start memorizing. I actually transferred half the amount... but it turned out to be a scammer in the end, and there was no memorization or anything.
