You need to write a letter and send it to the court where you live. The court will take your complaint and it's their job to do their work. For now, you shouldn't expect to get your money back until after an investigation by the court. I was also scammed; I am waiting for God to deliver justice to me, and you should never give your Eddahabia card and code. Good luck.
