Is this a scam or not???

🛑 I was looking for work on social media sites, and someone contacted me about a job. I found that he has a job, but one of the conditions... he asks for my documents and I provide him with information like my ID card. I sent him money 💸 to register my name, and I don't know him or anything about him. Can I send such information???
