I ordered food. I paid for the delivery fee, the tax, and the packaging cost. When the delivery person didn't come, I saw on the website that it was marked as delivered. Neither the food arrived nor did I get anything. They stole the entire amount. I went to FATA and saw that many people have filed complaints.سفارش غذا دادم هم کرایه دادم هم مالیات دادم هم هزینه بسته بندی. وقتی بیک موتو ی نیومد دیدم داخل سایت زده تحویل شده. نه غذا اومد کل مبلغی هم دزدیدن. به فتا رفتم دیدم شاکی زیاد دارن.

This happened to me 3 times. When it says delivered, a button 'I did not receive' appears at the bottom. Click on it, support will call you and you can inform them that no one came to deliver the food. The only downside is that your money goes into your own Snapp wallet. After these 3 times that the drivers did this, I stopped ordering food.
