Even though I have a Pro subscription, I ordered food. I paid for the food, the delivery fee, the tax, and the packaging and other costs. But unfortunately, they neither delivered the food nor refunded my money. On the website, it even says the order was delivered!!!! And this has happened several times!با اینکه اشتراک پرو دارم ولیکن غذا سفارش دادم هم پول غذا را پرداختم هم هزینه پیک را پرداختم هم مالیات را پرداختم و هزینه بسته بندی و غیره . اما متاسفانه نه غذا را تحویل دادند ونه پولم رو برگشت دادند در داخل سایت هم نوشته تحویل گردید !!!!! و چندین بار این اتقاق افتاده !

It's exactly always some kind of scam; they sell you a Pro or Plus subscription and don't provide even half of those services. It's just an extra cost. In my opinion, until there are proper and established laws to deal with offenders, such purchases should only be made if absolutely necessary.
