Resolve this, I have no trust at all, I can't do anything.

I receive a lot of spam calls and I am very troubled. I don't understand what to do. I had taken a loan from another bank and they are troubling me a lot. They are threatening me that they will auction my house and evict me from my home. I took a loan for 6 years but I didn't make any audio (payments?), but now my shop is not doing well, so where will I get the money from? I don't even have any land.
