Coupon scam or lure

I received a product from Meeshu. The product and service are fine, but inside the box, there was a congratulatory card worth 500 Rs, which said that after giving a video review of the product and a 5-star rating, 500 Rs would be credited to the Meeshu account within 7 days. However, it has not arrived yet, and they are not answering your calls either.
