Strict action should be taken

Senior Superintendent of Police, Mathura District, Uttar Pradesh Subject: Complaint regarding FIR registration and action for fraud of ₹2,600 by selling alleged fake/imitation gemstone claiming it to be Natural and Genuine, and to recover the amount. Sir, I, Sanatani Pandit Shubham Dubey, son of Mr. Jag Prasad Dubey, currently residing in Mumbai, Maharashtra, mobile [PHONE], hereby submit this complaint. On 07/07/2026, I purchased a Neelam (blue sapphire) gemstone for ₹2,600 from Ms. Pushpa Sharma (mobile [PHONE]), the operator of "Shri Shakti Peeth, Vrindavan," for my Kumbh Rashi. At the time of purchase, the gemstone was claimed to be Natural, Genuine, and Certified. After receiving the gemstone, I had it examined by a certified jeweler who declared it to be fake/imitation and estimated its real value to be approximately ₹200–₹300. When I demanded a refund, the seller allegedly behaved rudely and refused to return the money. Despite approximately one and a half months since filing the complaints, no effective action or refund has been made. Therefore, I request that— 1. A fair investigation be conducted and an FIR be registered under Section 318 of the Indian Penal Code, 2023, along with any other applicable sections found relevant during the investigation. 2. Necessary action be taken to recover the amount of ₹2,600. 3. The authenticity and role of Shri Shakti Enterprises, its GSTIN, address, and Ms. Pushpa Sharma be investigated. 4. Evidence including certificates, bills, chats, payments, parcels, and examination reports related to the gemstone sold as Natural/Genuine/Certified be examined. 5.
