They took the money and blocked the account

Respected Sir/Madam, I have been scammed by the Instagram ID durani73414. He took 1951 rupees on the pretext of psoriasis medicine via the UPI ID badshah49@nyes. I sent the money through PhonePe on 25 August 2026 at 2:02 PM. The Transaction ID is T2608251402390291236644 and the UTR is [TXN_ID]. After taking the money, he closed the account.
