  Immediately Change Message Center Number This Will Temporarily Block all outgoing messages. Then check if any application is installed that you haven't downloaded immediately delete that app. if you can't find that malicious app then simply factory reset your phone after taking backup of your data don't include installed apps on backup.

  Complain to your service provider. Also try to check if your phone has been hacked or not.
