  Use any other WhatsApp number , if that person have WhatsApp send him your QR code, adk that if he will return your by mistekly sent money back you will give him 10℅ in those money , or he will cut 10℅ and return back the balance amount , I'm sure he will return the balance amount , most time this funda have work 90℅ chances to back amount ... try it please ..

  please go to bank n show the message or payment receipt n the mob no u paid . then complaint to nearby police station n again go to bank for action against the person who received money n block ur no. u will definitely get ur money back if he not used the money n if he used the money then account will be freeze .

  u can complain 1930 cyber crime or from phonepay customer care that wrong transaction then the amount will be credited in few days but It gets back to u try it once

  msg from another number tell him if he not return money will get jail for fraud
