please go to bank n show the message or payment receipt n the mob no u paid . then complaint to nearby police station n again go to bank for action against the person who received money n block ur no. u will definitely get ur money back if he not used the money n if he used the money then account will be freeze .

u can complain 1930 cyber crime or from phonepay customer care that wrong transaction then the amount will be credited in few days but It gets back to u try it once

msg from another number tell him if he not return money will get jail for fraud
