Bkash fraud without OTP

I am a bKash customer. My bKash account number is 01334748474. On 26/09/2026 at 6:19 PM, without my knowledge and permission, 50,000 (fifty thousand) taka was fraudulently sent from my bKash account. The money was transferred to the bKash account number 01410086746. The transaction ID of this transfer is TxnID DIQ2WFF2B2. I did not share my PIN or OTP with anyone at or before the time of the incident. At the time of the incident, my phone started to automatically install updates.
