Fraudster, swindler, cheater

The day before yesterday, my mobile phone was stolen, but when I wanted to block my number, I needed the number on my NID card. In this situation, to get the NID card number from the phone number, I gave 2005 taka to this scammer at [PHONE]. He said he would provide the PDF and server copy of the NID just by using the mobile number and claimed to be government authorized. He asked for an advance payment of 2005 taka via bKash and said the work would be done in 25 to 30 minutes. So, I paid the money. Since then, he has not answered my thousands of calls. Please, if anyone can do something, help me a little, and everyone else should stay away from such scammers.
