This person harasses girls on Facebook. At first, he sends very sweet messages and talks nicely, even showing so much sympathy that he promises to give you a page without charging money. But later, his true nature is revealed. If you pay money, he won't give the page; instead, he becomes rude and talks to girls disrespectfully, calling them sister, mother, aunt, etc., in a polite manner. However, after a few days, his true colors show, and he starts calling day and night. If you don't answer, he threatens you and asks you to do dirty things. He tries various threats and traps to ruin girls. His name is "Shah Billal."
