  Its called click bait(marketing strategy) which tempts you to click on the link to get your personal details, do not click any link plus lock your Aadhaar biometrics so that no one can do your ekyc except you, you can unlock biometrics anytime when you require. Govt of India is sleeping, it must introduce pan card otp based locking to avoid identity theft , scams & spam messages & calls . Millions of people are suffering from pan card identity theft in india.
