  I can't top up my TrueMoney at all, even though I've never visited any websites. Whenever I top up, I get a message saying "Today's luck, you lost money, you must call *137" every time I top up. But money is deducted every time, 3-6 baht. The system is terrible.

  Accept it. The underlying reasons might be unpleasant. Try to buy a plan and keep the balance at zero or as low as possible, so it won't bother you at all 😁👍🙏
