The other day, I saw an ad on LINE that said "You can buy shoes cheaply." When I checked the price, it was 80% off and only 2500 yen, so I bought it. However, the shoe box was light, and when I opened it, there was only a price tag inside, which surprised me. When I called and said the contents were missing, they told me "It's already sold out." So I tried to return it. Although it was supposed to be returnable, they said, "We're sorry, but returns are not accepted." When I showed them the return policy written on the price tag, they hung up on me. Then, when I contacted the head office, they said, "We do not handle such items," and I felt I had been scammed.
